Khamis Design Inc. proudly celebrated their 3rd Anniversary with a fantastic client appreciation event, Martinis & Makeovers.

On November 24, 2013, together with their co-hosts Bacchus Sommelier Services, Pinstripe Painting Co., Mike Lalich (Photography), Cha Vang Artistry, and the new addition to the Circle – Tracy Khamis, Independent Consultant with Arbonne, Khamis Design Inc. closed their third year with a shake and a shimmer! A martini shake and a makeover shimmer.
Martinis & Makeovers featured a little something special for both the male and female attendees.

The men spent the afternoon experiencing the art of the martini firsthand. Peter Kline, of Bacchus Sommelier led them through six martini & cocktail recipes and included some of his special tips and tricks to make that perfect martini! Personally we think the favourite of the day (or perhaps just Ali’s) was the Vesper. And we have the recipe if you want it!

The women spent the afternoon with a martini in hand, specially made by the men, while listening to Tracy Khamis and professional Makeup Artist, Cha Vang (of Cha Vang Artistry) as they walked them through the Arbonne product line and learned Cha’s tips and tricks for a fantastic day or night look. And then got that look themselves! What a day of pampering it was.

And on top of all that (and the absolutely delicious food!) we also had 3 prize winners:

  • The winner of the Early Bird Door Crasher, awarded an 11-piece RE9 Travel Kit was, Rhonda Evanchuk
  • The winner of the Men’s Poker showdown, awarded a Peller Estates Ice Cuvee Rose and a Men’s Travel Kit was, Randy Bassett
  • The winner of the Pinstripe Game of Chance, awarded a consultation and professional paint job of a 10×10 room of choice was, John Pham. With the most amazing throw we have ever seen, and we can’t believe we didn’t get it on film!

It was a fantastic day, that we didn’t want to end. We can’t wait to do it again at our next event, hope that we see you there!
